Keynote speaker and Brand to Fan™ creator Lauren helps marketing, customer-experience, and association leaders turn audience connection into active participation and loyalty.
Participation & loyalty
You earned the first purchase or membership signup. Now you need to give that person a reason to stay involved.
In Brand to Fan, Lauren helps you examine where customers or members lose interest and what your team can do about it. You will work through an experience from their perspective, then choose a change to test.
The Brand to Fan approach
Lauren uses three stages to help you examine how you invite people in and earn their continued involvement.
Show someone why joining, buying, or attending could matter to them. Make it easy to begin.
Help them get what they came for. Listen to their questions and give them a reason to return.
Help them find people and experiences they identify with, so they have a reason to belong and recommend you.
People can move between these stages. Use them to examine a relationship, rather than assign someone a permanent label.
Start with a keynote. Bring Lauren in for a workshop when your team needs time to apply the method.

Meet Lauren Teague
My career is littered with experiments in what makes us say yes, over and over, until what we do, think, like and say becomes part of who we are. I speak and teach fandom on stage and through the Brand to Fan™️ Show podcast, and I'm the founder of FanWagn, the fan-first marketplace for Second Fan Fashion®️.
Fandom started for me as a kid, watching golf on TV with my grandpa every weekend — then on the course, then in my early jobs (yes, ranger picker, grass mower, and beer cart girl were all real titles). That path led me to become one of sports' original social media managers: I'm the first voice of @PGATOUR, and I spent seven seasons transforming how professional golf talks to fans.
Off the stageI live in Canby, Oregon, where I've spent seven years on the board of Canby Community Preschool (three as President). I grew up fording rivers on the Oregon Trail computer game, and these days I'm getting in 9 holes at a time at the local par 3 with my playing partners — ages 13, 11, and 9 — proof the #TinyTeagues aren't so tiny anymore.
